These 2.5x42mm Ranger nightvision binoculars offer exceptional comfort for extended periods of use.
Despite their size, they are lightweight would be excellent for law enforcement, night navigation, wildlife surveillance. Due to their extra long viewing range and their wide field of view they are extremely versatile.
What makes these fairly unique is the fact they are 'Binoculars' i.e. two eyepieces and two objective lenses. Most nightvision units are monocular or in some cases bi-oculars.
Overall binoculars tend to be better, they collect more light. But of course they don't strap to your head too well! so it depends on their purpose.
